Meltsaw, the leader in non-ferrous and close tolerance sawing systems, is proud to announce the introduction of our newest member of the Cutoff Series. This system is available for orders now with the following specifications: 
 
¨ Positioning accuracy of up to 0.003” (0.08mm) 
¨ No secondary facing operations required 
¨ From 24” (600mm) or 36” (1000 mm) cutting window 
¨ Up to 12” (300 mm) thick materials 
¨ Standard stock lengths of 12’ (3700 mm) to customer defined lengths 
¨ Allen Bradley PLC Controls and Touch Screen 
¨ Solid clamping with spring loaded and variable pressure clamping 
¨ Metlsaw Systems Full Time Service
