12' Combination Plate and Cutoff Saw
   
MetlSaw Systems has recently delivered to Northstar Steel and Aluminum, located in Manchester, NH, a 12' Combination Plate and Cutoff Saw. 
 
MetlSaw Systems engineered this system specifically for the Metal Service Center business. This machine can do about 80% of the requirements of non-ferrous cutting within the Metal Service Center business. This machine can not only strip plate, but also be used as a cutoff machine for plate, flats, rounds, squares and angles.  
 
This machine is a high production sawing machine capable of attaining close tolerance cuts of +/- 0.005" in positioning and +/- 0.0005" of per inch of thickness in vertical squareness.
